#13 Stuck in Neutral

Chicago Blackhawks

Last season was only the second losing season for the Blackhawks during their history. They finished in third place for the third straight year as well. This is the complete opposite of the team during their first three years when they won the National League North division twice. In my opinion, the Blackhawks are in a really tough position as the team is good enough to win between 80 and 90 wins. In the National League North and the National League, in general, fewer than 90 wins won’t get you a spot in the playoffs.

The total percentage of wins for the Blackhawks is .514 (583 victories and 551 losses). The most wins in a single season were 94 during season three. The most losses in a season were 90 during season two.

Mrtheedge is entering his fourth season as the general manger of the franchise compiling a 250-236 record for a .514 winning percentage with two stints as the teams manager but has a overall record of 290-358 for a .448 winning percentage. He was the manager of the Washington D.C. Obama's during season five before returning to the Blackhawks organization. Mrtheedge has had an interesting journey in the USMLB so far. He is one of the original managers in the league, but he left after the first season saying he wanted to spend more time with his family. Four seasons later he showed up again as a mid-season replacement for one of the worst teams in the league history during season five. The lights and atmosphere of Chicago proved too much for him, and he returned to his original team.
